I'm so sorry for your loss. This brings such sadness. However, I'm happy that the suffering is finally over. May BH be at peace. My heart breaks for his wife, kids, friends and other family for their loss of such an amazing, insightful man.
Ron -- Please accept my condolences on the loss of your friend. I expect you're numb. I lost my own best friend to lung cancer a few years ago. It's a strange and horrible feeling, to lose one's best friend.
And what a guy. I was glad to see that rascal's face. I thought he might have something like that up his sleeve.
Thinking of you, wishing you peace. Thank you for doing this for your friend. I followed his life for three years, every day hoping for a miracle. You have honored him by allowing us to keep the dialogue going. Please hug his wife, sister, and children for me. They have been in my thoughts for a long, long time.
It seems like he was always here whenever I went to look at his blog. I wish there was some way to repay him for the friendship he shared. If there is a fund set up in his name, please let me know, I will contribute to his family so that they are well cared for.
So many times over the past years I have mentioned my "friend" who has ALS that I only know over the Internet. I have held my breath every time I waited for his blog to load on my screen, dreading the final post, knowing it would come. I am so terribly sad for Brainhell's friends and family, and yet I can't help but think of him as he must be now: free. Free of the body that failed him in life. Love you, Brainy.
Hello, I put this blog together for folks to share their thoughts regarding BH. He did know this blog was created. I've not done a blog before, so please bear with the errors. Hugs, Ronolulu

I am so sorry.
I am sobbing. Over someone whose name I don't even know.
BH was so kind to me over the years when my friend dies of ALS.
I hate that he died of ALS. But I am glad he is at peace.
Thank you for posting to let us know.
The only good thing I can think is that he's not suffering and laboring over earch breath and every movement.
My heart simply breaks for his wife and kids.

My sincerest condolences on the passing of a brave man. I'm sorry I arrived too late to know BH in life.

everything works out OK in the end, if it's not OK, it's not the end.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Ronolulu.
Well for the loss to all of us, because he was so special to all his readers.
How much more special must he have been to those who knew him in real life.
He touched all our lives with his writings and we'll miss him so.
